「This hostel is situated in the back yard of another motel and there is no sign post. I walked up and down the street several times before I finally got information from the neighboring hotel. The shower is not good.The water is either freezing cold or extremely hot. And I have difficulty finding my way out the next day. They should have clear signs showing the entrance. The room is alright though. 」

「We booked a two nights staying but they downgraded us to a smaller room and claim the one we’ve booked is not available. And my son have left his passport in the room safe and we called for assistance after we’ve checked out. Front desk staffs not responding with well and quick, just keep saying nothing found. It’s my bad to have left belongs not checked but expecting they can help.」

「It was lovely to stay at this hotel where it's very close to King's Cross station. Room is not very big but enough for 2 people. Staffs are very helpful regarding to luggage storage after checking out. £3 per luggage. Overall it's a nice stay at Point A hotel King's Cross!」

「We spent 2 nights here. Reception staff is nice and friendly. The first night wasn’t very good cause our room was so close to the restaurant from ground floor. 「Great location,very close to train and tube stations. Staff is helpful, especially manager Barbara - helping me to upgrade from single room to twin room for several days during my two-week stay.
