Great Choice.

This place was a God sent. Everything was perfect. Homeowner was the bomb. Had to place a call to him about servicing the pool and he beat the pool guy there. We couldn't have chosen a better home.

Perfect location for a family gathering

Super pleased with this property. Property was not only clean but equipped with anything possible we may have needed. We had to reach host with code for unlocking and locking procedures but other than that this stay was perfect. We had room for every guest. We could have used more towels knowing the property can accommodate a lot of people. Easiest checkout instructions (and I have stayed in several rentals). Strongly recommend for big parties.

Well Worth The Stay

Jeremy was very responsive to my inquiries and requests. The house was very accommodating for our party of 12 adults and 2 kids. Instructions on the grill, sound systems and lights were very helpful. The pool was amazing as well. My family and I were very happy with choosing this home. There are quiet hours but we were still able to enjoy the patio during those hours by using our inside voices. Only negative unfortunately, is that the landing on the back steps leading to the backyard balcony needs to be repaired. I would definitely recommend this home and would be glad to rent again if ever in the Houston area.
