"We had a great stay at this hotel. Staff were friendly and courteous. Our rooms were clean and anything we needed was taken care of in a timely manner. We have never stayed at this hotel but it will be our top choice going forward."

"I stayed here three years ago, with a couple of my family members, and felt comfortable and safe. When another trip to Knoxville came up, this Holiday Inn was automatically my first choice. Staff is helpful, beds are comfortable, rooms are huge (at least my two have been). The only thing I don't like is the position of the towel racks by the sink; for those of us who stand when washing our hands, we either have to push the towel to one end and stand very awkwardly to avoid our clothes touching it, or we lean right into it and it gets totally contaminated by our clothes. Could there please be a rack on the wall above the sink? "

"Accommodations were good. Stayed Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday—each night got more expensive—$660+ seems steep for 3 nights. "
