Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home is beautiful with spectacular views out of every window. Location was perfect for lots of area activities. We spent time in Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, Pink Coral Sand Dunes and Cave Lakes. Nightly walks in the community and pool/gym were also enjoyed.

Great spot in new neighborhood.

We had a very nice stay at this house. Very nice amenities. My favorite part was that it is out on the edge of town near beautiful cliffs and no light pollution so the stars were amazing!

Comfortable house, great town!

The house is very comfortable, well maintained, and has a well supplied kitchen and grill. We enjoyed evenings in the back yard Adirondack chairs gazing up at the red rocks. Kanab is a nice town from which to base trips to Zion, Bryce, and Lake Powell.

We chose the house for its central location to several National parks, and it did not disappoint! The house is beautiful, the town has multiple excellent restaurants, and there are beautiful hiking trails that start right from the neighborhood. this was a 5-star residence to stay at.

It was in a cool neighborhood. Beautiful at night. Surrounded by cool hills. Great 1/2 way location for quick 45 min - 1hr trips to zion, bryce. We also went to antelope canyon and horseshoe bend. 1.5 hrs. Would stay there again.

Great stay!

It was a perfect location to a lot of the parks! We did day trips to Zion, Bryce and Antelope/ horseshoe bend. The kitchen was stocked with staples like salt, oil, dish soap and garbage bags, etc and had all the appliances you need. The bathrooms had toilet paper and hand soap in them. The laundry room even had laundry detergent to use! All these little extra things are so appreciated and make the stay so much more comfortable and cost effective! The beds were super comfortable and even having board games was great! Highly recommend this place!

Red Rock Vacation

Trip to Kanab was to visit Best Friends as well as Grand Canyon and Zion National Parks. House is lovely with everything needed for our stay. But we particularly enjoyed the red rock views from the house - especially from the fire pit table on the patio with a glass of wine. Also, Kanab has several very good restaurants that we enjoyed at night. Sego's, Wild Thyme, Rockin V, and Peek A Boo Wood Fired Pizza. We look forward to our next stay!

Fun, clean, modern and enjoyed the pool

Property was clean and modern and just like the ad says. Only about a 2 minute drive from central Kenab, in a modern neighborhood with great vistas surrounding the area. Pool was clean and not too crowded in the middle of the summer. Everything about the experience was easy and enjoyable. We didn't watch TV or much of anything really in the house except for sleep, eat and do some laundry. This was a road-trip for us from Vegas to visit the pet sanctuary in Kenab. The filling out of the visitor book was fun for the family.

Best family vacation ever!

My family had a wonderful stay at this property during our visits to the national parks and amazing hiking. It was convenient drive to our destinations of Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon. However, the slot canyons close to the house In Kanab really were our favorite. The house was modern, clean with updated appliances. The kitchen had everything we needed. The entire house really was luxurious and super clean and well taken care of. Beds were all in good shape, we used the washer and dryer almost daily because of all our hikes and excurions. The garage was easy access with remote garage door opener. We relaxed in the evenings as a family with apple TV that was available. Grocery store gas and restaurants were all in close proximity. Super easy, awesome vacation!

Perfect family "home base"

Our family loved this home as our home base while visiting several parks. We drove to a park each morning (Grand Canyon, Zion, Bryce) and then returned mid-afternoon for a relaxing evening by the pool or playing billiards in the clubhouse. I especially appreciated that the home was well equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, clean up (eg. dish soap, dishwasher soap, paper towels, new sponge) and do laundry (detergent, large new machines). These extras that were supplied saved us money since we didn't have to buy like I have had to do in other rentals. We arrived very late in the evening and I was delighted to find that there were both filters and a selection of good coffee waiting adjacent to the coffee pot!

First rate lodging. Modern, nicely decorated, comfortable furnishings, and equipped with everything you could possibly need to make you feel at home. Centrally located near some of the best hiking in southern Utah. We were able to find local trails and also hire a guide to explore more remote areas. Spotless home in high-end neighborhood at the base of beautiful red cliffs. Lots of local hiking, restaurants, and attractions. New subdivision going in behind home, so get in while it is more private. Blazing fast internet. A garage door opener and toaster would have been nice additions, but now I am just being nitpicky.
