Great place and location! Finding the lodge was challenging - Google maps doesn't like the address, so directions should indicate Keystone Resort. Also, there were no instructions on how to get in the building (during off-season) or the location of the garage. The elevator from the garage isn't working and supposedly hasn't worked for a year.

Nice and Cozy

My husband and I loved our stay. The home was clean and cozy. We cooked most of our meals and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed the fireplace after a day of hiking. We will be back!

Beautiful place but be prepared.

Great location. In the summer its a ghost town. Elevator doesn't work. Code to get into room doesn't work. In saying that after multiple phone calls trying to get into my room reached a wonderful man who worked locatlly and he got us in. If you are bringing anyone with mobility issues find out if the elevator works first.

Amazing condo

We had a great time in Keystone. The condo was clean and had everything you need for your trip. We liked the convenient location, it’s easy to get to Dillion, Frisco and Breckenridge by road and by bike trail. We were surprised by how early the shops and bars closed but it was off season so understandable.

As described. - small but perfect for our family of 4 with kids. Great location. Walk to gondola

Perfect location, walk to the lifts, shops, restaurants. Heated underground parking and great community lounge area with pool tables. Condo is small but cozy. Perfect for a small family. Would definitely rent again. Only negative experience, and no fault of this specific condo, but the elevator to the garage was out of service- so getting luggage up wasn’t as convenient as it could have been. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

Dishes in cabinets were a little dirty, and didn’t have combo to lock box in lobby for access to main building and parking garage. Other than that, very nice and clean. Location to lifts/slopes and village was great!

Great Property, Poor Management

The property was wonderful. The location was perfect for us. The hot tub and pool table were great. The bed was not super comfortable but ok for a couple of nights. I was unable to park in the underground parking as my vehicle was too tall. I was not informed beforehand that this was the only free parking available in the area. When I tried to communicate with Vacasa they were extremely unhelpful. The check in process was very stressful due to this. I would stay there again though because everything else was exactly what we needed. I hope knowing about the parking situation helps others in the future.

Great Place for damilies

Everything was great except on Tuesday the TV company came and woke us up to change out our TV. We were not tild theh were coming. We got ready and let tgem have the space to work. They did forget to lock our door so our space was open for about 7 hours. Luckly no one bothered anything.

Unit has great location but needs some attention.

Had a wonderful time. The unit has easy access to gondola. The check in process had a lockbox that required a code to get keys to building and then a 10 digit door code which often failed so pretty complicated. Plus, the elevator to the garage was broken so everything had to be hauled up one flight. The bed needs replacing. It is so concave it was impossible to sleep.

Beautiful place but be prepared.

This is a beautiful condo in a great location. Communication is via phone only. Do not plan on seeing any live person, so any issues plan on a wait. The door combination did not work and this was a problem after driving many hours I was exhausted and not finding any people at all in the entire complex was frustrating. Summer time is a ghost town. The truly worst part was that the elevator does not work. We had my handicapped son and having him trek the multiple flights along with luggage was disappointing and then to have no access to the room because the lock code didn't work in any unairconditioned hallway truthfully had me rattled. They should have told us this prior to booking and I would have chosen somewhere else. I will say after multiple phone calls I did reach a very nice man who lived locally who had me get a master key so we could get in. He was wonderful and saved our highly frustrating visit. In short its a beautiful place. Will I return no I will not.

Relaxing Anniversary trip!

We had a wonderful time in Keystone! Very relaxing. The room was very clean and comfortable. The fireplace definitely made the nights very cozy!

Great location

This property was in a great location. It was easy to get in and out and reach other destinations. The interior and furnishings were really good. I love the balcony, however, several AC units were located nearby and ran constantly (I stayed in July). The neighbors smoke cigarettes and when I first entered the unit it smelled horrible. I was able to open up all the windows and use the provided fans to circulate the air. Some Febreeze helped too. The wind was usually in my favor and kept any new cigarette smoke away. Next time I will try to find a condo that doesn’t share a wall with the neighbors balcony. Otherwise, I think the price was acceptable for what I got.

Small but convenient

Perfect for two people - right at the base so ultra convenient for everything river run. Plus having a parking spot underground is a luxury. Unit was well equipped kitchen wise.
