“This was a nice, cozy property located on a quiet street. The home was well equipped with all the essential items in the kitchen, and the bed was very comfortable. The only recommendations I would offer are to consider adding motion lights on the stairs, as it was quite dark when going up at night, and to have the cleaners check that all lightbulbs are working prior to guest arrival. “Lovely location on the water. Beautiful sunsets. Quiet, attractive neighborhood that's lovely for a stroll. Publix a few minutes away by car. Well equipped kitchen, nice spaces for hanging out as a group - outside on the deck, inside with open plan living and dining area. We'd happily stay here again.”

“This property is old but quaint. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The bathroom has an old-time sink and there is no flat space for the things you use in the bathroom. We were on the second floor of three but there is no elevator. The breakfast choice was unique and great. You receive a certificate for a local restaurant. Overall we would stay again.”

“The unit was clean. However, the listing includes a pull out sofa and a twin futon. Neither item is there. I contacted the owner. His response was for me to contact the on-site manager for a portable bed. She brought a brand new air mattress. All contact with property manager was good. The owner, however, did not apologize for the incorrect listing. ”
