"Loved the garden off the dining area and the staff were outstanding. My single room was small, but well appointed. I did find in noisy as it was opposite the elevators and overlooked a busy street."

"Wasn’t expecting much but for one night it was perfect and all we needed. The staff were lovely and so helpful. Even let us order a Deliveroo to reception in the early hours of the morning! The room was basic but all we needed. Hotel was very clean and room too. Three single beds in one room was exactly what we needed. The water was hot which was great! The doors, decor and carpet were dated but a very clean and tidy hotel. Shop in the hotel ridiculously expensive!! Only let down was the sink in...

"Excellent hotel, we were a bit dissapointed that there was no A/C, but I called about it and a fan was sent to the room and the young man who brought it was very kind and helped us opening the window because we couldnt figure out how to open it. Overall, very good experience."

"Easy check in at noon as i came straight from redeye arrival at heathrow. Walked from the Tube stop. Good indian restaurant bar on premises. Only letdown was that i couldnt watch north american sports in the bar. No reception and too much time change. Double bed was fine. Washroom was small but it worked ok"
