I would rate 6 out of 5 for my 28-day stay! I appreciate how friendly the staff on the 17/F (and 15/F) were to me. The positive interactions with them made my stay in this hotel truly stands out from all other hotels I have stayed. I will definitely return to this hotel and stay on the 17/F again :)

I order two rooms this time, but the front desk officer said that because I didn’t request to have the rooms in the same floor, they didn’t prepare my two rooms on the same floor…. So disappointed… I ordered two rooms and I expected staying in the same floor is a normal issue and no need to raise the request… The room is full of smoking smell… even though it mentioned as non-smoking hotel… but I don’t know where the smoking smell came from… and I requested to change the room, but front deck officer said the hotel is full and not able to change another room to me, so I have to stay in this bad condition room one night.

I’ve booked a superior room with double bed and during the check in time we’ve found out by the staff that the double bed rooms are full😬 and then they’ve just combined 2 twin beds and gave us the room as well as the room’s air conditioner wasn’t working properly so we had to change to change the room

The room is small, but it's normal in HK. It's non smoking room, but I can smell light smoke since aisle. Air-conditioning is old and loud. Staff service was good and efficient . Location is good, 5 mins walk to Olympic MTR station and taxi parking at downstais
