The propery is a giant room plus a kitchen and 3/4 bath. Plenty of space and certainly clean. Road noise all night on a major boulevard is real, but not impossible. Shower drains very slowly; and a dresser and armoire for clothes would help a lot. Easy fixes :)

Workcation

We needed a place while working with local homeowners to process their insurance claims from the recent fires and windstorms. The home had everything we needed, and nothing was left out. It's also a great place for those looking to see the area. Most attractions in LA are pretty close.

Very Cute & Convenient, But Not For Six

We were in town for an event at the Rose Bowl and used bikes to get around. This property is very charming and the location is great, but really set up best for four adults. Definitely confirm the sleeping arrangements with host before booking, as our third couple had to sleep on an air mattress instead of a sofabed as indicated.

Comfortable Stay

We had a great stay at this house—it had everything we needed and was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. The location was nice, but I do want to note that the house is located farther down the street than the map shows on the app, which was a bit disappointing. Also, there was no signage in front of the house indicating that a parking permit was required to park on the street. Thankfully, a kind neighbor let me know late at night. I ended up having to find a kiosk to get the permit around 11:00 p.m., which wasn’t ideal. It would’ve been helpful to have that information in advance so I could’ve taken care of it earlier.That said, overall it was a very good experience and I would recommend this place to others—just be sure to check on the parking situation ahead of time.
