「Amazing property! Beautiful modern hotel, very well situated. Very clean, comfortable rooms; friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks to Mikita at the front desk. We hope to be back soon!」

「Lovely hotel, great facilities and best location, easy access to both Funchal town and the Lido area. Spotlessly clean and pool area beautiful. Staff super helpful, basic room and balcony very good. Would definitely stay again.」

「This resort is in an excellent location for tourists. Half way between the airport and the major city of Funchal. The views are stunning. The staff friendly and very pleasant. The food choices were vast and delicious. We signed up for the all inclusive and it was well worth it. Lots of great excursions, hikes, adventures, dining and shopping.」

「This was beautiful and centrally located hotel in the heart of Funchal. The breakfast spread was really good and diverse and there lots of food places near by.」

「Breakfast was full of choices, the pool, hot tub, roof top bar was wonderful and so relaxing. Great views. Love the robes and slippers too.」

「Can’t say enough good things about the property. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was nice and well equipped. The pool area was excellent. Full use of saunas, indoor pool was warm, outdoor a little too cool for my liking. The included breakfasts were more than expected. Lots of good options and the staff catered to my wife’s gluten free needs. Please leave tips for the hard working breakfast staff. The location was good, but the gps kept taking us on different routes and got us lost...

「Good breakfast nice staff」

「The location and views were amazing, but unfortunately, several aspects of our stay were disappointing. There was an overwhelming smell of vinegar in the room, and the patio was covered in ants, which really detracted from the experience. We were also shocked to discover that pool towels cost €10. Charging guests extra for something as basic as a pool towel feels unreasonable and left a poor impression. We can’t comment on the breakfast itself, as we had to check out before 7 a.m. We did,...

「It’s a good hotel with the best view. We love here.」
