"It was a nice hotel with a perfect location, but they did not want to give us any upgrades or any extra benefits are being a member. The air conditioner was broken and we had to call for service several times did not fix the problem. Eventually, on our last night got fixed and they gave us free breakfast to compensate. I wish that was offered by them rather than us asking for it. "

"We had a wonderful stay …. The hotel was so conveniently located near the metro making our travel to destinations very easy . Located near Namsan Park gave easy access to the cultural activities presented there especially Sunday afternoons . The park has lovely walking paths surrounded by beautiful gardens .
