Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Garden City Realty was very easy to work with. We were a little disappointed in the condition of furnishings in the house. One of the dresser drawers in the master bedroom would not shut so we had to be very careful not to fall over it. The living area sofa was so filthy we put a blanket over it for the week. We did have a fun week and it was nice staying right on the beach.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and well stocked. We did have a few issues that we reported. The stand alone and fridge ice makers were not working. Some rocking chairs on the deck were in need of repair. The outdoor shower area was not clean therefore no one used it. We also enjoyed the Vayk credit for beach gear. Being so close to the beach was awesome. We would probably rent this house again.

Family time

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay here. The house overall was very nice. The furniture in family area was not very comfortable. There was a missing towel rack in the downstairs bathroom. The upstairs bathroom shower was not usable the panels were loose and not attached at bottom, we didn’t use it because it was dangerous afraid panels would fall. Again with the exceptions I just noted the house was clean, and is ideally located close to pier, oceanfront and restaurants.
