"Great location, walking distance to multiple restaurants and transportation. Namba station is close by. Staff are pleasant and professional. We arrived early before check-in time and left our luggage in the lobby before coming back later in the day to check in properly. Room was clean and spacious considering hotels in Japan are a bit smaller on average. Liked the bathroom set up, water pressure was good and toilet was clean. Would stay again. "
