Great location and quick access to the beach. Room layout was great with plenty of room for our family of 8. Upon entry we noticed the floor was covered in quite a bit of sand (which can be hard to be avoided) but we also found several bugs, including a dead cockroach, the skillets in the cabinet were dirty and had left over eggs on them, the stove top was dirty with left over food on it, there was fingernail polish (or something of the sort) spilled on one of the coffee tables and floor, one of the bedrooms had no blinds or curtains on the side windows leaving the occupant exposed to people outside of the condo when changing. The condo was dirty enough that we didn't feel comfortable using the kitchen to prepare meals. The check out instructions ask you to sweep and mop before checking out, we did sweep but we're never able to locate a mop. There was old wrappers and toys in the recliners and behind/under the couch, crumbs and wrappers around the beds and in the bed rails. Upon check in we were sent a request to rate cleanliness and we responded with a "1". We immediately got a response saying that they wanted to fix it and send a cleaning crew out to clean the condo again. We asked them to let us know when as our stuff was now in the condo, and we never heard back. This could be a great place with a little updating and some deep cleaning.

Great location, lackluster property

The location of this property is great - truly ocean front with easy access to the beach. Close to Barefoot Landing, and not too much traffic. The set-up of the unit is good, with enough space between bedrooms to give privacy to our multi-generational group. We found the unit itself to be unclean (specifically all floors and mid-unit bathroom), and one of the beds to be too uncomfortable to sleep. Towels were in short supply and very thin, with no hand towels in the unit for kitchen or bathroom. Bedding was fine, just dated. Interactions with the local service team were fine, but getting in touch with them through the Vacasa and VRBO dual management made things difficult to understand, and contact was hard to initiate. We would not stay here again.
