I would not book another property managed by Oak Island Accommodations.

We had reservations for a three night stay. A cyclone was forecasted and the Governor called a State of Emergency. The property manager sent an e-mail advising not to park at the property due to potential 3 ft flood waters. We requested a refund for one night due to this event and were denied. The pool was cold and the hot tub moldy.
