Family Vacation

Charming and clean beach house conveniently close to the beach, stores and restaurants. Fully equipped kitchen with family friendly spaces. We enjoyed our stay.

Great condo

The condo was clean, had good livable space, great view from top deck, and was very close to the beach. Convenient parking as well. Would stay again.

Overall, place was fine

Owner has done a hood kob with providing the basics. The property manager needs to pay more attention! The house was dirty - floores and stairs not swept, dishwasher was dirty, and sheets had HAIR AND STAINS. So gross!!!! Had to personally wash the sheets before going to bed because the property manager didnt drop off new shhers until 6 pm the next say.

Great location

Very close to beach. Good view from top deck. Unit was not vacuumed nor were fingerprints removed before checking in. Dishwasher soap compartment was broken. Both issues were resolved during our stay. In past years the stairs and parking lot were blown clean to remove sand and debris. This was not done this year. Need to improve lighting on stairs up to townhouses. Very hard to see at night. Good location to walk to restaurants and shopping.

Great location, well stocked

Love the location, on the ocean side of the building with a partial view of the ocean over a small single story house. Very well stocked kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Keypad entry was very convenient- no need to pass a key around to everyone in our group. Drawbacks- the kitchen and the furniture are a bit dated and the rooms are a little small. Overall we were very happy and would stay again.
