Quiet apartment with exceptional valley view, a 10-minute walk from the center of Orcières-Merlette (ice rink, swimming pool, bowling). Come and enjoy the newly arranged living room, cozier with more space for your comfort.

Featuring 3 bedrooms that can accommodate 8 people upstairs with a shower and a toilet:

Bedroom 1: 1 double bed
Bedroom 2: 1 double bed and 1 single bed
Bedroom 3: 2 double beds
The ground floor includes the living/dining room with access to the balcony, as well as a shower and a toilet.

Rates include end-of-stay cleaning and bed linens.

The residence is located in front of the free shuttle stop that takes you to the ski resort or to the leisure center. There is also free parking at the foot of the residence.

Séjour agréable dans les environs de Merlette
Notre séjour s'est bien déroulée. Les points forts de l'appartement : - literie de trés bonne qualité. - Le nombre de couchages - les équipements à disposition dans l'appartement. - le nombre de toilettes et de salle de bains suffisants pour un séjour avec bcp de personnes. Les points négatifs du logement: - Emplacement assez éloigné de la station. Une navette gratuite passe effectivement devant l'immeuble mais uniquement 3 à 4 fois par jour... - L'étroitesse du logement qui est relativement petit par rapport au nombre de couchages disponibles... La pièce a vivre est assez petite et les rangements nécessitent des dispositions particulières. - L'appartement se situe au dernier étage sans ascenseur. - En cas de forte affluence le parking de l'immeuble est plein... Malgré les points négatifs nous sommes contents de notre séjour... A prévoir a l'avance les courses de la semaine sinon bcp d'allers retour et être organiser le matin pour prendre la première navette de 8h30... ou prendre tot la voiture pour se garer dans Merlette....
