Best vacation yet

We go to Florida every year for vacation and this home has been our favorite so far. Every thing is as listed and advertised. The only issue we had was the washer and dryer need to be updated. We would have to dry one load numerous times and washer banged around. Communication was the best, responses within mins. Community pool was amazing. We will def be staying again!!! Thank you!

Overall, our stay was pleasant and a great experience. The house was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with four full bathrooms it was perfect for our group of 19 across four families. All appliances, TVs, and the washer/dryer worked well. The two large dining tables comfortably seated everyone, and the clean pool and deck were a hit with the kids.We do have a few suggestions for improvement though: the foyer ceiling had a dusty spider web that was quite noticeable; the pool table had a damaged pocket causing balls to fall through, which we had to patch with cardboard; and the upstairs rooms were significantly warmer at night compared to downstairs most likely due to heat rising in a two-story home. Providing pool floaties would be a nice touch, as neighboring homes had them.We appreciated the free clubhouse access and enjoyed the pool, hot tub, gym (limited but sufficient), and basketball court. Entry to the gated community was easy with the fob card, though busy times may cause delays. The location was convenient at just 8–10 minutes from stores and restaurants. Be aware of school traffic nearby during peak hours.In summary, we had a good experience and would recommend this property to others.

Adequate Accomodations

We visit the Orlando/Kissimmee area a couple times each year, and rent VRBO houses. There are good things about the house. First off, it was very clean. That is very important to our group. The management team is friendly, and does respond. The beds were comfortable, but the bedding was not the greatest. We had issues with pool heat for the first day and a half, but got them resolved. The pool and hot tub were very clean and comfortable. The pool area itself is not very big. If you have a group that are sunbathers, there is not a very good place for that. There are some downsides to the property. There is no carpet in the house. You will hear everything going on, wherever it is. Any movement or activity echoes throughout the whole house. The stairs are wooden, and make noise whenever people go up or down. The game room is on the second floor, in the middle of all of the upstairs bedrooms. It made it difficult to use as soon as anyone goes to bed. The icemaker in the freezer does not work, and doesn't appear to have worked for some time. We had to keep getting bags of ice at the convenient mart up the street. We rented a gas grill, but it was in poor working condition. The burner knobs were all broken, and the lighter that was delivered with the grill was empty. Not a huge deal, but still and inconvenience. Overall, the house and management team were good. Aside from the above things, the house is nice. Importantly, It is spacious, and clean.
