Good Value, Poor Service

For the price the property was a good value unfortunately however when we returned to the property on the 3rd night of our stay we were locked out. For some still unexplained reason our key code was no longer working and it took over 90 minutes for us to get in contact with anyone so we could regain access. Normally I would have rated this property as a 4 Star property, however because of the lack of service I dropped it down to 3 Stars.
