「I reserved this hotel for a spontaneous 2 night stay I booked day of & based off the reviews of other patrons & what they said about the extremely comfy beds w luxury bedding. When we arrived that evening, we were told we wouldn’t actually be staying at Le Zehra but at the next door property now managed by La Zehra (use to be Lula). 「Me encantó mi estadía en este hotel, fui con mi familia y una bebe, por lo que valoramos que tuviera buena comida, comodidad e instalaciones limpias y sobretodo excelente servicio del personal, estrellita especial a Ian y a Toño del bar que son a todo dar, desafortunadamente nos tocó sargazo pero el hotel tiene su propia limpieza y se nota el esfuerzo que realiza para mantener la playa limpia.」

「Everything is great, even though it has no beach it’s nice, you can walk to the beach, it’s right across from 5th ave, You get there they introduce you to the hotel and amenities as well as restaurants The only bad part was that when you get there they try to sell you on a presentation at a different hotel also a reef resort, while the guy was talking I told him no 3 times, Once you say no his demeanor changed towards us, tipped him for showing us around we left, as we would walk it was...

「Great location, I loved that you can opt out of the all inclusive. Great staff all of them were nice and friendly. Just understand that if you are not in the all inclusive plan, menu options are limited.」

「Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean. Staffs were helpful and nice. Unfortunately, the seaweed overran the entire beach, which wasn't anyone's fault. It's a shame we weren't able to use the free kayaking or swim at the ocean. The swimming pool was a good substitute though. The road is horrendous though, so make sure you drive safely.」
