“1推销自费的服务人员极力推销，影响旅行体验，2.已经订好好的酒店在check in 的时候前台强制再多付700美金，最后多给了现金500才放行，以后不会再到这个酒店度假”

“Valentin is a nice resort, plenty of pools to choose from. Beach was just okay. Be prepared to do lots of walking though, unless you wait for rides. It was a bit too big of a resort for me. Lots of restaurants to choose from with no reservation needed except for the hibachi which is nice. Pool service great most of the time. Shows in theatre are okay but it is way too loud in there. Lots of people walked out, including me because of it. Simple fix so I don’t know why they don’t deal with……

“The rooms were well maintained. Cleaning staff was on point daily! The wait staff and entertainment crew were 5 stars, fabulous!! The food was what you would expect from an all inclusive hotel. My only big complaint is the pool access. There was no easy way into and out of the pool for someone who is disabled(like I am).”
