Es un hotel de 1 estrella pero he visto hoteles de 2 y 3 estrellas peores. Buenas instalaciones y buena limpieza, personal muy amable. Viajaba solo de fin de semana y me ayudaron en todo, indicándome lo que tenía que ver, lo qué podía hacer y cómo orientarme. El hotel es bonito y el restaurante espectacular con preciosa asequibles para una comida de calidad. Por poner un pero el desayuno antes de las 8 se hace en el hotel a partir de las 8 en la cafetería de enfrente. Es mejor en la cafetería, el del hotel es justito y el ambiente no es el más adecuado. Un sitio muy aconsejable no sólo por el hotel y el restaurante sino también por el entorno, un pueblo precioso, Sasamon y unos paisajes alrededor típicos castellanos con mucho encanto.

El restaurante, bien servido, buena comida y con un precio aceptable. El personal se divide entre el restaurante y el hotel y aunque te atienden con amabilidad, tienes que ir a buscarlos al restaurante. Las habitaciones normales y poco cuidadas, de limpieza bien, el colchón se hundía hacia el centro. Es un hotel con muchas posibilidades con una gerencia que se ocupe de su mantenimiento

En recepción no había nadie hay a esperar que te venga alguien a atenderte, nos dieron habitación en la segunda planta, hay que subir escaleras con el equipaje, para apagar la luz de la habitación hay que levantarse para darle al interruptor de la pared por que en la mesita de noche no hay lámpara ni interruptor, era cama de matrimonio y se hacía una vaguada en el centro de la cama y para desayunar hay que salir del hotel a un establecimiento que hay enfrente del mismo cuando tienen comedor en el mismo hotel.
