「We didn’t pay for an oceanfront view, so I knew we’d have a street view but I expected to still have a personal balcony. We got to the room and opened the balcony door to find the roof. When talking to other guests on our floor, we learned that everyone on the 2nd floor without an ocean view had access to the roof. Needless to say, we kept the balcony door locked because it seemed like a potential security issue.
The staff was polite and helpful. At first one of our room keys wasn’t working...

「Mold on balcony were ac unit has dripped…we didn’t need to be near it…Room was OK.. we just slept there at night because we went to where family was staying during day. Hotel is convenient location. Nice size fridge which was very clean.」

「We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel.
The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny
But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)」

「We payed for ocean front and got a side view. Did not liked the shower, after about four minutes into the shower the water only got hotter and hotter regardless of how you adjust it. Did not like taking hit or miss showers..」
