appartement agréable, bien situé géographiquement - informer le voisinage sur la difficulté de supporter le bruit occasionné la nuit par au leurs choix télévisuels ou ludiques très amplifiés. - être précis dans les informations relatives à la récupération de la clé de l'appartement: localisation exacte du cadenas, code correct). - en corollaire, ne pas nécessiter un appel téléphonique pour débloquer la situation. - renforcer les fixations au mur de la table. - effectuer un nettoyage digne de ce nom pour accueillir dans des conditions qui respectent les locataires. - s'assurer que le réfrigérateur est correctement dégivré avant l'arrivée de nouveaux locataires. - intervenir auprès de "l'autorité adéquate" pour éviter que les poubelles des voisins ne soient laissés devant la porte de leurs logements respectifs
