The cottage was very clean and newish. Everything was there we needed and the bed wasn't worn out as some mattresses are in rentals. It was a super nice stay and we would stay again!

Peaceful secluded private cottage
We loved our time at the cottage. It was clean and up to date. Comfortable bed and great AC. Shower was spacious and refreshing. Close to interstate but safely tucked behind a gated home lot. Thank you for the fabulous gift for our anniversary that was so unexpected. Above and beyond service for sure. Great experience 💕

Anniversary Stay
My wife and I stayed at this property for our honeymoon in 2022 and liked it so much we decided to go back for our first anniversary. The property is located about 30 minutes from Chattanooga and if you like waterfalls Cloudland Canyon is a must. The house is very clean, and the host think of everything. I put in the booking that we were coming back for our anniversary, and they had a gift basket and a card for use when we arrived. We enjoyed looking at the goats, chickens and sitting by the lake as well. We will defiantly stay here again.

Quiet Getaway for MeeMaw
What started out as a quiet getaway for just me turned into a possible stay for 2 more family members, but didn’t. Communication with Angela was perfect every step of the way. I ended up not getting checked in until almost 11PM, but the lights were on with a quaint little covered porch to greet me. It was so inviting and I was glad to finally be there! I was impressed by the tasteful decor that I took pics of many cute rustic/farmhouse items to add to my shopping list for my own farmhouse just about 5 miles away! The atmosphere was serene and I felt safe and secure being there alone. The main house is across the driveway, but was in no way intrusive to my little “bubble” in the cottage. All the little touches were very much appreciated from the awesome complimentary coffee mugs (goats!) to the spa-like toiletries, I felt pampered. The towels were super soft and fluffy (also made a note to find them for myself!) and the bed linens were oh so comfy! I will be staying again as it is close by enough in case I’m needed quickly and yet far enough “away” to feel like I went on a “trip”. Oh, and it’s conveniently located near grocery stores, the town square, local attractions like the Flight Park, Cloudland Canyon State Park and other natural wonders. But I was just fine hanging out in the cottage enjoying the Mountain View and the eye candy (rustic decor) around the property! Thank you James & Angela for creating such an extraordinary place for anyone needing some self-care!
