We checked in at 6 pm, left our things and returned at 9, to be met by at least 10 cockroaches crawling on the floors, in the toilet, and on the walls. Upon closer inspection the "clean" sheets on both of the beds in the non-smoking room had cigarette holes in them. We checked out immediately and had to make new arrangements. The receptionist did not seem surprised or try to offer a new room, which we would have declined given the state of the first. She was ready to refund us fully but then found that we had booked through Expedia. Expedia has so far been unable to offer me absolutely anything back. After responding affirmatively to a message from the Expedia team asking if I would like to proceed with a partial refund that the hotel had agreed to in private conversations with Expedia team members, I received a separate email stating that the hotel had not been able to approve the waiver of a cancellation fee and Expedia could do nothing for me. I won't be booking through Expedia again.

Staff have very bad manners when we check in. The hotel is split in 2 sections and the room i requested was 1 king bed she give me a 2 bed twin size. The hotel look run down, the elevator very old and dont feel safe to ride in. The room still have trash from the previous stay. The mattress look very old like they had it for over 30 years with stains on it. The sheet have stains on it like they never change it. Do not recommend this hotel.

Front desk was shared with Clarion. I asked guy at front desk which I should choose, his reply "Whichever you like". No mention that the Econo was under revamp and absolutely filthy. First floor was in complete disarray all the rooms torn apart, second floor hallway had filthy carpet, the elevator was filthy, room was not bad, but shoes squeaked on floor, dogs barking, loud music from rooms. This facility should not have been in service.

My husband checked in here for a business trip and it was a quick check out. I called ahead of time to ask questions and the male i talked with was very unpleasant and seemed to care less about his job. We were unaware of any remodeling going on and its a double building being made into 1. The check in desk was far from his room and he was given an inactive key for his door 3 times and made to make a long walk back and forth to try and reactivate it. It was found out someone was in that room already. 😳 they tried 6 more rooms. Finally getting him into one it was absolutely terrible the hallway was a disaster with drywall everywhere and a dirty mattress leaned against the wall and mold exposed on another wall outside of his roomm. He quickly asked to check out and for a refund. Them approving the refund so quickly was tbe best part of the entire experience.

I booked Econo Lodge and they could not provide a room and put me in a room in the Clarion. When I checked at the desk on the 28th, the manager said I had 3 days. When I returned, I had to pay again for the 28th. The window leading to the terrace was water soaked and taped up so the carpet was soaked. There was also a woman screaming in one of the room. This morning, manager refused to give me a receipt for paying the night before and told the staff to call the police if there was a problem. The fitness center was unsafe and the bicycle was the only thing that worked. I never went swimming because I was afraid of the staff. This place should be shut down.
This was the window that was taped up.

Infested with Roaches

Many cockroaches, all the sheets, carpets, and towels are stained and rooms smell like smoke. Nothing the managers could do about it since it was nonrefundable.

We thought we were staying in the main hotel, then when we checked in they told us to go to the bsck of the hotel to another entrance and it is like night and day, we have stayed in this hotel before, the main part, where you check in at, but never stayed at the back entrance. It was like a broken down version of the other part of the hotel, at least there were no bed bugs, but i will not stay there again.

Never ever will recommend. Renovation means new and I was done when I seen the bed bugs and stained box spring the bathroom with mold. Nope I’m not about that life. Police took a man jail early in the morning.what they show as picture is a different visual and reception area noisy loud tv and the check-in was 45 minutes . They were not knowledgeable about their job duties. The covers are another topic. No parking is open only available at front entrance
