“This is not representative of what I expected of a Hilton. The hardware is decent but the software is terrible. The hotel logistics was a mess, design and layout poor, service mediocre at best. Examples include the very very infrequent cars that travel between your hotel room and the main lobby where most of the facilities and restaurants were. Toilets in the common area were extremely dirty with pee on the toilet seat at most times. Although it was all inclusive, they do not serve alcoholic……

“Internet , Staff , Bed Comfort and Amenities are all 10!!! Food I give a 6 . Had a great time the beach did disappoint us the area to enter on the resort so brown full of algae and felt like big stones at the button even with water shoes uncomfortable but again my trip was great ”

“Wonderful resort with great staff and not overcrowded. The morning Buffett is delicious with varied choices of Mexican and American foods, if not so adventurous. The staff is friendly and have that warm welcoming Mexican ‘bienvenido a nuestra casa’ attitude. The beach is quiet and very private. The Conrad has great beautifully landscaped walking paths. If you’re lucky you might see the local wildlife. Never a problem with the AC or WiFi. If you need tv viewing there’s plenty of options. I……

“First time traveling to Tulum & I couldn’t have picked a better hotel for our stay! The service was incredible and the convenience of the cenote at the property was unmatched! Will definitely be returning. ”

“Staff was friendly fr check.in to check out. This is going to be a premier spot when they finish building the restaurant. It is under construction. That was one thing we learned the hard way but they are respectful and dont start super early in the morning. The private roof top pools are key. We will definitely book again”
