We all enjoyed our stay here. The location is great. The house was clean and had everything to meet our needs, (although the teenagers werent happy there was no wifi.) We will stay again. :)

What a view

Well appointed holiday house with beach and inlet views. We enjoyed sitting on the front deck and watching the waves roll in. Plenty of space and comfortable beds. We will be back again.

Awesome location and a great house for a big family

We stayed 6 nights instead of 7 as we had to get out due to the fires, this place was in an awesome location as we had young kids and a big family! The house is set out almost perfect with so much room and very private aswell! We will definitely e looking to book in the same house again in the future

Third time staying at this property and it doesn’t disappoint ! It would be helpful though to provide more than one extra roll of toilet paper, rubbish bag and tea towel if possible . Cheers

Great property. Plenty of space. Downstairs facilities for my 88 year old mum were great. No WI-FI which is surprising..Upstairs rooms very hot. No aircon, just fans for the hot days we had. Is air-conditioned downstairs.Neighbours barking dogs a nuisance. No hairdryer or face washers supplied.

This house was perfect! 10 ladies aged 14 - 82 years old spent the perfect weekend away for mother's day. The house was great and we watched the sunrise off the veranda. We definitely will be back :) Thanks you.

Perfect Getaway Location for the family

The house was perfect for two families. Lots of space and areas to gather. Access to the lake/beach was an easy walk for the little ones and the location of the house was less than a 10 minute drive to shops. This house is perfect for a family getaway.

Great location with views and spacious house

Love the location within easy access to the southern foreshore entry of Burrill Lake, elevated enough to see the beach and water way. Good living areas and facilities with plenty of outdoor areas, an older BBQ but it worked fine. Ground floor double bed a little hard.

Amazing holiday home!!!

Absolutely loved every minute of my stay. Everything was just amazing. The view is beautiful and beach is across the road. Family all enjoyed them self and we have booked again to go in the next few months. Highly recommend.

So close to the beach...

A fantastic place that offers plenty of room, great facilities, and literally just across the road from a fantastic, safe family beach area. Close to local shops and a short drive to some amazing restaurants - or you can cook in the large, well set up kitchen. Everything was clean, tidy and set up for a group of friends or a large family to enjoy. We certainly did. :-)

Place was good but host was rude

The bella property just want to claim our bond as they didn’t want to give it back it seems. The things were already broken from before which they put on us , and also the thing we didn’t use at all they are putting on us like barbique was not clean from before that’s why we didn’t use it, and they were asking cleaning charges from us which we have already paid while booking almost 400 dollars other thing is .. disgusting ..!
