Хороший большой отель. Номера достаточно просторные. Учитывая положение просто замечательное место для остановки и изучения центра города.

На высоте только завтрак.

Общий балкон, платная парковка при пустых улицах и куче мест в городе, плохая сантехника, холодильник в номере тек и был очень громким, администратор не справляется с таким потомком работы, к нему всегда очередь, бронь не видит, как не видит и оплату за номер, интернет работает крайне нестабильно, завтрак замечательный. В отеле жило несколько детских команд по футболу, дверь нашего номера была, видимо, воротами.

Нормальная гостиница в центре города

Останавливался на две ночи в двух разных категориях номеров: обычный и после ремонта... В обоих номерах достаточно чисто и всё работает... но в номере "обычной" категории чувствуется что душевая уже просит ремонта... Гостиница расположена в центре города... Пешая доступность к Кремлю... На берегу реки- красивый вид из окна... Персонал очень приветлив и дружелюбен... Нормальный завтрак (не скажу что всё вкусно, но есть выбор и голодным не останешься)... на территории гостиницы есть платная парковка (10р/ час или ок. 3 Евро/ сутки)... Стоимость номеров была ок. 2000р. (23 Евро) за одноместный номер- считаю хорошей и адекватной и ок. 4500 (ок. 52 Евро) за двухместный номер считаю ещё нормальной, но уже слегка завышенной... Могу рекомендовать данную гостиницу для проживания...

Проживание во время командировки

Гостиница расположена очень удачно, на берегу реки,делящей Новгород на 2 части. Кремль расположен напротив, на другом берегу, идти до него 10 минут. Персонал доброжелательно относится к гостям, завтрак за свою цену. В номере было тепло, несмотря на минус 20. В целом, если буду опять в Новгороде остановлюсь там же.

Есть над чем работать.

Фонд старый, в номерах бизнес обстановка 90х годов. В номере не убираются. Запах в душевой отвратительный. Нет дезинфекции при уборке. Двери закрываются с трудом, замки не отрегулированы. Парковка платная на территории. Завтрак на 4. Расположение хорошее. Цены на Рождество не адекватные. Полное несоответствие качеству проживания.

Хороший отель в центре Новгорода

Ты останавливались на 1 сутки, взяли номер-люкс с видом на реку и Кремль. Все очень достойно. Отличное месторасположение прямо напротив Кремля, шаговая доступность до большинства достопримечательностей, удобная бесплатная парковка, отзывчивый персонал, хороший завтрак. Отель и все оборудование в отличном состоянии. Внимание - в отеле 3 этажа, лифта для гостей нет. Для нас это не доставило никаких проблем. Отличный выбор гостиницы для любого путешественника.

Изумительно

Замечательное расположение отеля. Рядом "Ярославово Дворище", Церковь Спаса Преображения, Церковь Фёдора Стратилата на Ручью и т.д. На противоположной стороне реки Волхов Новгородский Кремль, Церковь Троицы Живоначальной на Редятине улице, Церковь Иоанна Милостивого на Мячине и т.д. Вид из окна изумительный, отель чистый, красивый, просторный. Приветливые и добрые сотрудники. Вкусные завтраки и обеды!

The hotel is located across the Kremlin, very nice to walk around, nice view of the river. Location is perfect. The hotel is being remodel, rooms are spacious and nice. One of the front desk staff Maria, was very helpful.

Сильно уставший отель недалеко от кремля

Заселение было похоже на кошмар. У нас был забронирован номер студио. Получил ключ-карточку и пошли на 3 этаж искать свой номер. Лифта в отеле нет, кто с чемоданами, хорошо подумайте. Нашли свой номер, а он не открывается карточкой, нужен обычный железный ключ. Спустился, мне дали другой ключ. Снова поднялся, зашли в номер, обнаружили что номер не тянет на "студио". Снова спустился, мне стали говорить "что это и есть номер студио", на что я сказал, что из вашего же каталога фотографии не соответствуют. Ошибку признали и дали ключ от другого номера, сказали искать его на 1 этаже. Я обошел весь первый этаж и не нашел его. Цифры номеров комнат никак не связаны с номером этажа. Вернулся, мне сказали что перепутали и он на 2 этаже. Поднялся на 2 этаж и обнаружил там искомый номер. Но ключ снова не подходит! Пришлось снова возвращаться и менять ключ. Поменял ключ и пошел исследовать второй номер. Он оказался уже нужной категории - студио. Сам номер оказался весьма ушатанным. Старый пузатый телевизор, продавленные кресла и диван, тонкие матрацы с пружинами. В ванной всё болтается - краны, крючки, вешалки и даже унитаз. Есть фен, он работает. Состояние постельного белья отличное. Чистое, белое, мягкое, вкусно пахнущее постельное белье как будто взято из совсем другого отеля. Есть халаты, они тоже в отличном состоянии. Завтрак был довольно вкусным и разнообразным. Блины, запеканка, омлет, выпечка, сыр-мясо-колбаса. Кофемашина делает вполне вкусный кофе.

El hotel no está en el centro de la ciudad, un poco alejado del tren pero no es problema llegar. El taxi desde la estación de tren al hotel sale 100 rublos. El personal fue solidario, el problema es que nadie habla español y muy pocos inglés, igual todo tuvo solución. El desayuno no es muy bueno. No reponen lo consumido, si llegas sobre la hora del cierre no tendrás mucho. Lo ofrecido es más para almorzar que para desayunar. Igual solo pasé una noche en el hotel.

Hotelli vastasi odotuksia sekä huoneen että ruokien suhteen. Tosin on todettava, että hotellissa ei vastaanottovirkailijan mukaan ole sellaisia 20 m2 huoneita, joista on jokinäköala. Hieman pienempi huone jokinäköalalla oli OK. Huoneen vaihdon "korvauksena" tuli ilmainen illallinen. Aamiainen sisältyi hintaan, hyvä!

Выходные в конце мая

Отель в целом хорош. Расположение-выше всяких похвал, наш номер был с видом на реку. Заселили сразу по приезду-ждать до 14 часов не заставили. Завтраки очень хорошие, большой выбор, горячее, холодное. Солидный минус-ванная комната: тесная, вода льётся на пол из-за шторки и долго не сохнет т.к. вытяжки как таковой нет. Также нет и холодильника. Фен нужно брать на ресепшене, но без залога.
