When I walked into the reception, I felt very warm, yellow light, playing classical music. In addition, the hotel is very caring, because my friend lost his passport in St. Mark's Square, the local police immediately informed the hotel, the hotel immediately informed my friends to know and took out the map to tell us the police station.

A very nice and lovely hotel

A very nice and lovely hotel, hotel room was in good condition. My room was on the top level, it was surprising the room had an electric sunroof; the only drawback I could think of is that I needed to pick my luggage to my room at level 3 via a very narrow staircase. The location is not difficult to find, provided you're familiar with the route of the waterbus. It was also not too far from Piazza San Marco (about 10 mins walk). The lady at reception was very friendly and willing to help me out whenever I have question. She also gave good recommendation on where to visit in Venezia.

Very nice hotel. Rooms on third floor have very slopped ceilings. Hit my head a few times and I am 5'4. Lots of stairs and skinny. Loved the look and feel of the hotel...but not for people who have luggage and have a hard tome doing stairs

Staff was wonderful . Ear plugs on nightstands as the hotel is located on a busy alley with bars and eateries . So quite noisy . Still wonderful . Great location to all of the Venice Canals . Highly recommend .

I like it just because it was close to Saint Mark’s place! I didn’t like that the comforter was dirty and the decorative pillows were smelly! And the room was small, no closets were to hang clothes the floor was covered with patches and some parts was cracked!!

Beautiful art deco style hotel with original furnitures in our room. Nice and helpful woman in the reception. Absolutely okay breakfast. No lift and no workplace in the room. Nice new bathroom. Got a bottle of cold prosecco in the room because of silver status - nice.

Sentral beliggenhet med enkel tilkomst. Relativt kort gange fra nærmeste Vaporetto. Romslig, rent og pent rom. Enkel og god frokost i kjent italiensk stil. Hyggelig personale. Kan vere tungvindt at det mangler heis - men dette var opplyst på forhånd, og ingen problem for oss.
