「Ame el hotel, limpio, el personal siempre buena onda, comida a la hora que se nos antojara, la alberca gigante, calientita. 100% recomendado」

「Все прошло отлично!!!」

「Best resort we have ever been too. Room wa gorgeous a butlers went above and beyond beyond to make sure our room was stocked and that we had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. Good variety of food. So many activities and pools that we couldn’t fit everything into our trip. Will 100% be back」

「Muy mala comida」

「I dislike that we had to go change into formal/casual just to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner in some restaurants. Our room was not near to some restaurants. So have to leave the pool to go change and then come back was the only thing i disliked」

「Smaller resort, staff is more attentive and remembers everyone. Great selection of food choices on and around resort for eating areas and many drink options at the bar. Always able to find lounge chairs and cabanas on the beach. Shuttle service quick to get around. Access to included surrounding partner resorts for more activity options was a plus.」

Than to the rooms , my wife and I had a great room, but two off our party had bug problem...

「1推销自费的服务人员极力推销，影响旅行体验，2.已经订好好的酒店在check in 的时候前台强制再多付700美金，最后多给了现金500才放行，以后不会再到这个酒店度假」

「We arrived on 10/14/2026 with a group of 8. We got checked in and ALL of my money was in my wallet. We took our bags to our room and were in a hurry to get to the pool with our group. We did not unpack. We came back to the room to get ready for dinner and the show. We still did not unpack until after the show. While unpacking I found that ALL of our money had been taken from my wallet, over $1100. We went to the front desk and security came back to search the room. They did not find anything....
