「Definitely one of the worst resort experiences I’ve had, and I’ve stayed at many resorts. The biggest issue was the service. Buffet lines could take up to 10 minutes, condiments were often missing, salt shakers didn’t work, drinks took forever and were consistently watered down. The food was extremely disappointing (3/10), and I actually lost weight because I barely wanted to eat. The pre-fixe dinner at CHIC was especially bad—tiny portions, poor-quality food, and I felt pressured to attend...

「Really appreciated Juan's guidance and suggestions on excursions. And Vivian who is part of the activities personnel did a great job with her talk on turtles. However, i do think some other staff need improved training on protecting the turtles from guests who should not be using flashlights at night looking for turtles. I reported another guest for doing this and nothing was done about it.」

「This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'...
