A good budget option for a family or small group. About half an hours walk to the city centre and you can use the walls for part of that which is nice. Self check in via key box is very convenient and they sent a list of shops/restaurants etc which was also nice.
Towels and sheets are professionally laundered which I appreciated. And the amenities are accurately listed.
The property had been cleaned but personally I think it could do with a deep clean (carpets, light switches, cobwebs etc).
The stairs are incredibly noisy so might not be suitable if you have a light sleeper in your party! Also the sofa bed is right at the front door so none of our children felt comfortable sleeping there.
I think the pictures might be quite old because the sofa is different and the dishwasher is no longer there.
Perhaps it would be fair to mention that you look for a security deposit on the listing so renters are aware beforehand.
