"jimmy is very polite and helpful! He helped us figure out options for activities in Hanoi and he let us keep some of our stuff at the hotel while we went to hai long bay, so we didn't have to drag our big suitcases with us. The room was nice and we enjoyed our stay! :)"

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Classic Ma May. It is a lovely hotel in a great location in the old quarter. Our room was a good size and clean. Breakfast was very tasty and included a variety of foods including fresh fruit and an egg station. We had dinner two nights at the hotel after long travel/ tour days - both meals were really tasty. The rooftop bar has an amazing view and lovely for an early evening drink. All the staff are very attentive friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Hang...

"The hotel is located in the old quarter of the city surrounded by small shops and restaurants. It is very convenient to walk around to explore the old city. The staff are very friendly and sweet to help me with tourism and shopping. My room is very clean and comfortable with unique classical styles. The breakfast is delicious. "Very good hotel overall. We can easily see it was recently built. Location is great, just 10 min walking distance from Hoan Kiem Lake. It's located nearby two big bank buildings so we can see a lot of business people during lunch time. The AC was a little bit weak in my room, but they were nice enough to come and check it out, also they made sure to leave an extra card in the slot so that the room could keep its cool temperature all day long even when we were absent.
