Just 200 meters from the vibrant city center and 500 meters from the golden sands of the Mediterranean, it’s ideally positioned for both urban exploration and beachside relaxation.

    Whether you're traveling with friends or family, the location ensures easy access to local shops, restaurants, and scenic coastal walks.
    Step outside to enjoy the private terrace, perfect for morning coffee or evening unwinding. Inside, the studio is thoughtfully furnished with air conditioning, a washing machine, and a TV for your comfort and entertainment.
