    ROSE Vacances offers you this charming tastefully renovated studio, on the 2nd floor of a residence without a lift, in the heart of Angers city centre.

    Capacity: up to 2 people.



    🌟 The accommodation comprises:

    • Bright living area with double sofa bed, a desk, a TV and WIFI

    • Equipped kitchen: microwave, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, electric hobs and coffee maker (NESPRESSO).

    • Bathroom: shower cubicle, sink unit with storage, hairdryer and WC



    🚗 Parking: you can park your vehicle in the surrounding streets or in the paid car park at Place Imbach. (2 mins on foot).

    🚗 Free parking: Parking de la Rochefoucault (20 mins on foot).



    📍 Location:

    – 2 mins on foot from the main city centre market.

    – 3 mins on foot from Place du Ralliement.

    – 5 mins on foot from Marché des Halles Biltoki.
