“We have stayed before and really enjoyed our time there. Decided to return a year later and wasn’t as impressed this time around. Service was incredibly slow and poor. Room had no towels and we had a wait an hour before we could shower and go for dinner. The room was clean but the hallway wasn’t. We checked in at 4 pm. At 8 pm I had to go and ask for someone to clean up vomit and ask for towels again.. The room service staff ignored it and it was never cleaned away after 2 days We were……
