Great house in a quiet neighborghood, 100% privacy. We enjoyed our two weeks stay there and the area. Pool area is suitable for several persons but pool for persons with swimming skills or big enough.

Super.... Gerne wieder !!!

war alles super.... vom Haus bis Garten und Pool , alles schön eingezäunt für den Hund auch prima. Bei der Ankunft war auch kaltes Wasser im Kühlschrank. Die Übergabe des Mietobjekts fand noch am späten Abend statt(22 Uhr) nach 16 Stunden Anreise echt gut das dies noch geklappt hat.Es war auch schön ruhig in unserer Ecke.

Maison idéale!

Séjour de 15 jours exceptionnel , la maison est parfaite: moderne, bien équipée, bien placée, la clim est bien nécessaire. Nous avons passé la plupart du temps à l'extérieur : belle terrasse couverte, mobilier extérieur confortable, un barbecue pour compléter. Maison sans vis à vis grâce à une magnifique haie fleurie, nous avons ainsi pu profiter pleinement de la piscine et de la douche extérieure. Le quartier est résidentiel, très calme sans nuisance sonore. Un grand merci à Nicole qui a géré l'entrée et la sortie, une femme vraiment très sympathique, disponible, efficace et au rire communicatif. Merci egalment aux propriétaires pour la gentille attention: une bouteille d'eau et de vin nous attendaient à notre arrivée. Deux petits points négatifs: un des matelas dans la grande chambre un peu fatigué donc pas très confortable et la terrasse extérieure côté barbecue qui manque d'éclairage dès que la nuit tombe. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter dans cette maison!

La casa perfecta

Estuvimos dos semanas con dos niños y la casa es perfecta tanto para pasar días completos allí como para moverse por la zona. La casa está muy nueva y bien equipada y el jardín es grande con una piscina fantástica. Andando se puede ir a dos playas una de piedra y otra de arena y también hay varios restaurantes cerca. Una casa para volver.

Por poner alguna pega es que los colchones y almohadas no para nuestro gusto no son cómodos. Pero en general hemos hestado muy agusto.

Maison idéale

Séjour parfait de la réception de la maison jusqu’au départ Tout d’abord le quartier , calme , résidentiel et arboré de palmiers, bougainvilliers et lauriers. Superbe La maison est très bien équipée, le confort au top. Et vu le climat, la piscine et la clim sont indispensables Côté accueil, c’est PARFAIT , du début à la fin.au delà du goût du service, une approche humaine touchante Milles mercis à tout l équipe

Traumaufenthalt an der Costa Blanca

Unser 3-monatiger Aufenthalt im Winter 2019 in der Villa Casa Blanca in Els Poblets war nicht nur rundherum gelungen, sondern wirklich traumhaft. Die Villa war nagelneu umgebaut und renoviert, in sehr guter Qualität, nach modernen Gesichtspunkten, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Angaben des Vermieters im Inserat waren absolut korrekt und voll zutreffend. Die Übergabe des Objektes erfolgte sehr kompetent, in absolut freundlicher und entspannter Atmosphäre. In unmittelbarer Nähe findet man zahlreiche sehr empfehlenswerte Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, (deutsche) Ärzte, Apotheken, etc. In der näheren Umgebung befinden sich unzählige interessante Attraktionen, Golfplatz, Reitmöglichkeiten, Bootscharter etc. Fahrradtouren sind in alle Richtungen, zB nach Denia oder Gandia, oder ins Hinterland, teils auf gut ausgebauten Radwegen möglich. Der Strand ist ca. 300 m entfernt. In relativer Nähe (ca 15 km) befinden sich zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zum Bergwandern und Klettern aller Schwierigkeitsgrade. Casa Blanca empfehlen wir gerne weiter, wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bald wieder. Liebe Grüße aus Norddeutschland Tatjana und Hans-Peter

Schöne warme Villa in Els Poblets

Sehr geehrte Frau Zimmer Wir hatten für die Zeit November-Dezember ein Haus bei Ihrer Firma -Stella Consulting- in Denia sehr kurzfristig gemietet. Mit viel Glück und dem grossen Einsatz von Frau Schaich ging dieser Wunsch auch in Erfüllung. Das Haus war gerade vorher total renoviert und mit sämtlichen Inventar vom Kochgeschirr bis zu den Möbeln neu eingerichtet worden, dabei wurde auf ein gehobenes Ambiente geachtet. Auch die Bezahlungsmodalitäten wurden sehr akkurat erledigt. Abschliessend möchte ich erwähnen dass wir seit vielen Jahren in der Gegend für die Winterzeit Häuser gemietet haben: bisher sind wir aber noch nie so gut und professionell behandelt worden, auch hatten wir noch nie ein Haus das so gut im Winter beheizbar ist.
