Chantale's posada

In the building of 1700 the apartment is located, upon entering you will be immediately greeted by a beautiful dining room with a very bright high vault and a large wooden table, with 10 seats, from here you can then access the bedroom with a balcony overlooking the historic center and port. Continuing you get to the kitchen from which a staircase leads to the fantastic terrace equipped with a kitchen from a large table in the shaded area, from here you can enjoy a fantastic view over the whole country. The kitchen also leads to a large spacious living room with television and 2 sofa beds, then the bathroom with a bathtub. the master bedroom in a star-vaulted room over 4 meters high, very beautiful.
Apartment and 100m from the first beach, 50m from the main square where there are various shops and and the bus stop heading north or south, 100m from the historic center for beautiful walks and 10 minutes from the train station.

Alles war super! Beim Check-In wurde uns alles gezeigt und erklärt was man nur konnte. Die Küche war auch umwerfend! Man hatte alle Grundbedürfnisse erfüllt, Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker usw. war alles da grnauso wie das Wasch-/Spühlmittel bei der Wasch-/Spühlmaschiene. Der Kühlschrank auch sehr umfangreich. Nur ein Problem in der Küche war das man nicht mehr als 2 elektrische Geräte benutzen konnte, weil das zu einem Kurzschluss bringt und man zum Sicherheitskasten vor dem Eingang ins

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und sauber. WLAN war allerdings sehr schlecht, der Wohnungsvermittlung war sehr bemüht und kam vorbei, hat es aber leider nicht hinbekommen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind sehr schlecht. Die Nachbarin unten ist einfach nur schrecklich. Ständig war sie am meckern, wenn die Kinder auf der Terrasse mit Wasser gespielt haben (hat sturmgeklingelt) oder auch, dass die Mülltonne nicht gleich morgens um 9 Uhr wieder hoch gebracht wurden. Trotz Aschenbecher meinte sie, wir hätten runter geäschert…. Ich glaube, sie war einfach nur frustriert. Ansonsten war die Lage wirklich top und die Terrasse war Bombe und auch alle anderen waren super nett. Ausstattung war auch super, die Wohnung hatte wirklich ALLES!!! Die Treppe mit 45 Stufen sind allerdings sehr steil und nicht für Menschen gedacht die Knieprobleme haben 😅 Ich würde das Appartement jederzeit wieder buchen 😍

Great apartment for the purpose of holiday. Located near the beautifull old city of Giovinozzo and near the Beach.Very helpfull thoughout the stay even though our lack off Italien language made it harder to understand.

Loved Giovinazzo and Chantal’s home!

We were greeted by the lovely Mariella even though we arrived very late (flight delay). Antonio arranged for us the be picked up at the airport by Luca who was so gracious and helpful. Then the home was perfect. Yes, there are a lot of stairs (but in the 17th century there weren’t many elevators). And, yes, there are a couple of short doorway thresholds but folks back then were shorter. We loved these idiosyncrasies! Step and duck has us physically fit now. The place opened up to the port piazza which was teeming with activity every night. We were hoping to enjoy a true Italian experience and we got it. The place is steps away from beaches which we enjoyed every day. There are also restaurants steps away and gelaterias everywhere. We met some lovely neighbors and cannot express how much we enjoyed our stay at Antonio and Chantal place. Definitely recommend it and hope to be back one day.

Objekt und Vermieter 5 Sterne

Selten hat etwas so reibungslos geklappt. Der Vermieter war jederzeit erreichbar und hat alles geregelt. Vor Ort war Mariella als gute Seele. Die Lage fantastisch, nur kann es durchaus mal laut werden von draussen, da hilft Fenster schliessen, die sind recht gut isoliert. Die Wohnung ist sehr gross und geräumig, In der Küche mehr vorhanden als man braucht. Immer warmes Wasser und auch Strom und Wlan war stabil. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Man muss gut zu Fuss sein um die steilen Treppen nach oben zu bewältigen, aber auch wir Senioren haben das hingekriegt. Herzlichen Dank an Antonio für alles, auch für die Organisation des Transfers zum Flughafen. Ich kann die Location nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen.

Veel gezwommen in de zee op wandelafstand. Gewandeld in het mooie Giovinazzo, de trein genomen naar Bari en Polignano a Mare en Molfetta. Alles handig in de buurt. Geen auto nodig gehad.

Phantastischer Urlaub in toller Umgebung

Super schöne grosse Ferienwohnung im Herzen von Giovinazzo. Direkt an der Piazza, virm Porto und Lungomare. Einkaufen alles fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr nette Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Die Wohnung hat alles was das Herz begehrt. Sehr sauber und netter Empfang. Wenn ich wieder nach Apulien fahren sollte dann würde ich mich erneut für diese Wohnung entscheiden. Vielen Dank für alles. Excellent séjour dans un appartement atypique et confortable. Nous avons passé une super semaine dans les pouilles malgré une météo moyen moyen pour avril, et ce en partie grâce à notre lieu de résidence! Outre l’appartement qui est encore mieux en vrai qu’en photos, Giovinazzo s’est avérée être la ville où nous aurions regretté de ne pas avoir séjourné durant nos vacances. Très facile d’accès en train, village agréable, vivant, très bien aménagé, et où il a fait bon vivre grâce a ses nombreux commerces de bouche à proximité immédiate et son marché. Un grand merci a notre hôte Antonio (a distance) et a Mariella (sur place) ainsi qu’a la mère d’Antonio pour leur disponibilités durant notre semaine là-bas.

Super baignades à Giovinazzo

L'appartement est très confortable et très bien placé dans Giovinazzo (on a beaucoup admiré le coucher de soleil), tout près du vieux centre et de la mer. La terrasse est magnifique et bien ombragée. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans les Pouilles.

Amazing three weeks

This holiday flat is huge and situated in the core of this beautiful old town Giovinazzo. The whole stay was great. Well equipped for people providing themselves. The communication with the landlord was super easy and he was very helpful at all times. Really recommandable!!!!

Stunning apartment in the heart of giovinazzo

The apartment located in a historical building has huge bedrooms, 2 amazing living rooms, a comfy kitchen but the real beauty is the roof top: its spectacular view is priceless. The host Mariella gave us all the attention needed throughout our vacation always ready to answer positively to the phone. Giovinazzo in addition is full of life and traditional evening party:Truly recommend this place...I'll be back for sure🥰
