Wonderful stay at Charter House Farm

We had the most wonderful time at Charter House Farm. It is so thoughtfully set up; it has everything you could need. The beds are comfortable, with electric blankets. The kids had the best time they’ve ever had. Absolutely recommend a stay. Hope to be back. Thank you for having us!

Delightful gardens, kids had a ball

We had a wonderful weekend celebrating my husband's birthday with friends. Four young children between us, the older boys absolutely loved the in-ground trampoline, tennis court and all of the sporting equipment and spent all day outside tiring themselves out. The outdoor area was perfect for lazy lunch with wine complete with absolutely beautiful garden views. Indoors fully equipped with everything you could want or need. We loved it, thank you

Magical Farm stay

Our stay was beautiful. The house is warm and inviting, with so much to do on the property. The hosts had a fine attention to detail, and we loved every second.

A Golf & Grape weekend

7 vintage city golfers spending 3 nights in a lovely farmhouse in the country 4 br, 2 bathrooms though the top bunks were a step too high for us. Excellent kitchen Tennis court got a workout 20 mins to golf wineries & Castlemaine Locating the farmhouse was a bit challenging even with gps and suggest that route is determined prior . Note that property is located off an unmade section of the road Still Highly recommend

Wow what an awesome experience

This property is one of a kind. We were a group of friends looking for a relaxing farm experience and this certainly lived up to everything and more than we expected. The house is a wonderful mix of old and new and superbly set up with 2 separate bathrooms and is so clean. Heaps of activities including tennis court, trampoline, bocce, board games; all equipment supplied. The creek that runs through the end of the property is beautiful complete with camping chairs. We can honestly say, if you want a true Aussie experience on farmland, then this is your place. Close enough to town yet far enough away to feel like you’re in the bush. The photos don’t do it justice. We loved it and will be back +++++
