Welcome Travellers! This 2 bedroom penthouse is the ideal home base for your Maltese adventure!

As you step into this cozy yet stylish apartment, you'll be greeted by an inviting living space that's perfect for relaxation. The open-plan living and dining area is bathed in natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Also APT has a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for long and short term rentals, perfect as a base in Malta.

Guests has full access of high-speed WIFI & AC.

Living Spaces| Offers a terrace equipped with a table and chairs great base for morning coffee or tea! Also, the apartment is equipped with a dining part, a comfy sofa looking at the TV (Connected to the internet).

Kitchen| The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals, whether you're a culinary enthusiast or just looking to prepare a quick snack. And if you prefer dining al fresco, the terrace is the place to be. Imagine sipping your morning coffee while watching the sunrise or enjoying a glass of wine under the stars. The terrace also features loungers and a BBQ, making it an ideal spot for sunbathing and outdoor dining.

Bedrooms| The apartment features two comfortable double bed bedrooms, each with ample storage space to unpack and settle in. With cozy linens and a peaceful ambiance, a good night's sleep is guaranteed.

Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night's sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we will also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.

Bathrooms| 2 full bathrooms.

Laundry| Apartments have access to washing machines, cleaning equipment, iron, iron board, toiletries, and anything our guests would require to make their stay that much more special.

One of the most popular modes of transportation in Gzira is the bus. The area is served by several bus routes that connect it to other parts of Malta, including Valletta, Sliema, St. Julian's, and the airport. The buses are frequent and reliable, and tickets can be purchased from the driver or from various outlets around the town.

Another popular option for getting around is by taxi or private car hire. There are several taxi companies and car rental agencies in Gzira and the surrounding areas that offer affordable rates and reliable service. The penthouse provides guests with the option to rent a car or book an airport transfer for a hassle-free and convenient way to get to and from the airport.

Very important notes before booking:

1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)

2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

9. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
