The neighborhood is a classic, quaint and quiet neighborhood of Hampton with great neighbors. This property is super close to The Woodland's Golf Course, many different beaches, many amazing restaurants, and close to freeways for easy in traveling around the area.

We strive to create comfortable stays that bring you and your group in for a relaxing getaway from the hustle and bustle of life - whether you are on vacation or temporarily working in Hampton.

The home is a 2 story building with parking located in the backyard. Two cars can fit comfortably, and a third can be added by parking in the grass.

When you enter the home, you will see on the left the living room for you to find all of your entertainment - games, TV, sitting area. Down the hall is the dining room which leads into an open, fully functional, and stocked kitchen. The couch is not a bed but is very large and extremely comfortable.

You will find the bunk bed bedroom immediately on the left, with 2 single and 2 double bunk beds in it to house all the little ones or people who love to share a room. This room sleeps up to 6 people.

Up the stairs are the remaining 3 bedrooms: 1 king with a master bathroom (sleeps 2), 1 queen bedroom (sleeps 2), and a bedroom with 1 queen bed and twin (sleeps 3). The 2nd bathroom is for common use on the second floor. The game room has a futon as well (sleeps 1).

We have the home stocked with a starter kit for your stay including a roll of paper towels, extra trash bags for the kitchen, laundry soap, sponge and dish liquid, dishwasher liquid, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom.

Supplies required over this amount will be the responsibility of the guests to purchase for their stay. There are several local stores very close to this property including Target and major grocery chains.

This property requires a $500 refundable security deposit. We ask that if anything does happen during your stay, please let us know immediately and send us a picture, so we can work on a remedy for the next guest. If something does happen and damages occur, the manager will deduct the cost of those damages from that security deposit of $500. Please keep in mind that this security deposit does apply to damages caused by animals, negligence, or results in excessive cleaning fees.

As a reminder, we do not allow parties or unregistered guests outside of the reservation on the property. In order to respect our neighbors, quiet hours are 9 pm-8 am and are strictly enforced. We do have a noise detection system on the property that will not pick up conversation, but merely listen for noise levels. Please be respectful of our community and our neighbors. This includes playing loud music in cars parked on the street or driveway. We will give you one warning that the quiet hours need to be respected, after the second warning there will be a $50 fee, and if we have to warn a guest a third time about the noise level during their stay we will cancel the reservation without a refund.

Important: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.
