Its located just a few steps from your front door, just across the street. Take in the gorgeous views of the ocean and the intracoastal from large wraparound decks. For storage, you'll have access to three garages, each large enough to hold a boat or your vehicles. The neighborhood also includes a private day dock where you may enjoy the sound, fish for dinner, take out a kayak or jet ski, or tie up your own boat.
