"Extraordinarily courteous and diligent staff made the experience flawless. The facilities themselves were superb, and the on-property restaurant (which I understand makes its own cheese) was surprisingly good. It’s centrally located, so you’re never too far from anything. It’s a wonderful hotel, and would absolutely recommend it for whenever anyone visits Kyoto."

We wished that guests could still access the baths on the day of check out since staying there for numerous days. The cleaners were helpful and delivered new towels when we requested it. "
