“Desk staff are friendly and willing to help however they are not careful in handling things. They took a wrong registration paper for me and I had to ask twice to change back to my own registration paper. In addition, I was quite disappointed that the airport transport driver didn't show up and I had to take a taxi to the hotel. (I waited 10 minutes so obviously he was late, the driver should be there before passenger arrival)”

“In general, the rooms are lacking of maintenance: no stable hot water supply, tap water is milky, air-conditioner isn't functioning properly, the bed and pillows aren't comfortable, and the toilet has odors. But the location is very good, near the big shopping mall Dostyk Plaza. And the front desk staff is helping, willing to change room for us.
