“This was a terrible experience from start to finish. The property was not maintained to an acceptable standard. The bed sheets did not appear to be clean when we arrived, the bathroom had a persistent leak from the top and the carpets throughout the property were dirty and clearly in need of a deep clean. Cleanliness is one of the most basic expectations when booking accommodation, and unfortunately this property fell well short. The maintenance issues and overall condition of the apartment……

“This hotell is in a great place. The room is stunning, the staff is friendly. But the rooms do not get cleaned if you do not ask for it. We stayed for a week and when you stay that long you need a couple of cleanings. For a weekend it would be perfect.”

“We had a great stay. I was concerned about the self check-in, but it was easy and went very smoothly. The room is small, but it is very nice and updated and clean. A good location as well, walking distance to Old Town if you’re up for a longer walk.”

“Though it doesn't locate in city center, bus is convenient to access. Room is well maintained and you can find good taste of owner from decoration. Owner is hospitality and helpful. It is a great experience of stay in Edinburgh. ”
