If you are planning to party all night, this place is fine. But if you want to sleep, forget it. It's on a street with night clubs that are allowed to blast loud music until 6 AM and closing windows would not help.

Squatters in the apartment

Do not book! The property is not safe. It is in administration and there are squatters IN THE APARTMENT! We had to book another hotel. Thankfully there was one other room in the entire city. I’m trying to get my money back from hotels.com.

It was close to a squat. Broken glass n furniture in common areas. There were 5 hammer marks on the door where someone tried to break in to the apartment. There was a homeless guy living in the stairwell ffs. I had to leave n find somewhere else. Despite telling Expedia all the they have failed to get back to me….

Fire hazard - worst place we have ever stayed

We have been in touch already to attempt to get a refund - we had to move to another property. Summary: 1. We arrived with a single sheet covering the mattress, not tucked in and with a solitary pillow. We had to sleep in tracksuits. 2. The property wasn't clean. 3. No soap, shampoo, etc as advertised. 4. When the fire brigade arrived on the 2nd night, they were unable to contact the owners. THEY CUT THE WIRES TO THE FIRE ALARM. Police arrived and advised us to leave the next day as the fire alarm was no longer functional. Customer service was terrible - they hung up on me and the contact at hotels.com was unable to get in touch with them also

Uacceptabelt sted. Dårlig lejlighed.

UACCEPTABELT! Rejs aldrig dertil! Vi var afsted som familie med 2 børn. Sovesofa til børn var i stykker og fyldt med skidt og der var ingen dyne eller puder så vi måtte sove uden noget. Prøvede at kontakte stedet men fik ingen hjælp. Derudover intet brugbart i køkkenet. Kun 1 kniv og 1 ske samt et par plastik gafler. Derudover var det ulideligt varmt og meget larm.
Faldefærdigt og man er bange for om det styrter sammen!
Ødelagt sovesofa hvor børn skulle sove. Ingen puder eller dyner til dem.

Séjour horrible jamais vu ça ! Inadmissible de louer un logement de la sorte. 200€ pour 2 nuits( c'est du vol) , nous ne sommes pas restées la seconde déjà du fait d'une 1ere nuit blanche: bruits horribles de musique( boite au dessous) même des boules quiès n'auraient pas suffit, le matelas tremblait avec les basses. De plus, les photos du site(magnifiques) ne correspondaient pas du tout au logement! Il y a tromperie pour attirer la clientèle. Le logement est sale , pas de ménage fait après le client précédent (photos prises à l'appui comme par hasard impossible de les rajouter ici). Il restait un fond de rouleau de papier toilette j'ai pu l'utiliser deux fois simplement(me suis dépanné avec mouchoirs en papier)., sous le lit bouchon de champagne, préservatif, poussières +++ cheveux, la plaque de cuisson dégueulasse, la poignée du four grasse par des projections et poussière collée dessus, les couverts rangés pas en nombre et sales( pas de petites cuillères ), evier des restes de résidu. Pour ce qui est de la sdb, le lavabo taché ++ et le comble bouché avec des odeurs d'égouts. Et comme il etait bouché, il fuyait par dessous. J ai dû éponger la flaque d'eau avec une serviette de bain car rien d'autre(pas de serpillère). EN RÉSUMÉ : NE LOUEZ PAS CET APPART IL DEVRAIT ETRE RADIÉ DU SITE ET DE TOUTE LOCATION PS : j ai loué ds l'urgence car j'étais venue chercher un appartement pour ma fille.Je n'ai trouvé que ça de dispo ds la précipitation(pas lu les avis)

Appartement refait à neuf et propre, agréable, mais absence de finitions: manque des poignées dans la salle de bain et une qui était défectueuse dans la chambre. Absence de climatisation difficile à supporter dans un appartement qui se trouve sous le toit. Absence de communication et code faux à l’arrivée, nous avons attendu plus d’une heure pour avoir une solution qui est venu d’un autre vacancier ayant encouru le même problème la veille. Service clientèle difficile à joindre avec des numéros inconnus, nous avons cru être arnaqués. Dernière chose à prendre en compte c’est la situation de l’immeuble dans une rue garnie de pubs avec une musique étourdissante jusqu’à 6h du matin. Le privilège d’être à 5 min à pied de l’Opéra et de la Cathédrale a été complètement estompé par cet aspect car nous avons passés cinq nuits sans pouvoir dormir.

Après quelque petits problèmes nous avons été transférés à celui ce de Saint Gugluf Super appartement mais j’avais réservé pour 2 personnes avec la chambre est le canapé mais pas de drap pour le canapé Le frigo donne du chaud à la place du froid 🤔🤔 Voici pour les petits problèmes mais le reste a été très très bien j’ai bien noté l’adresse et y retournerai d’sans problème

Die Untetkunft war nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Unter dem Bett Staub und Dreck ohne Ende. Bad auch nur sehr oberflächlich gereinigt. Dusche verkalkt. Duscharmstur defekt. Terassentür defekt. Verdunklungsrollo defekt. Umgebung ist Partymeile. Musik und Geschrei bis 7.00 Uhr auf der Strasse. Danach wurde die Strassenreinihung massiv von der Polizei unterstützt um die Strasse reinigen zu können. Grundsätzlich ist Lüttich auf Grund des tollen Weihnachtsmarktes eine Reise wert.

Nous somme arrivé a 16h comme convenu, l'appartement n'était pas encore nettoyé, on a du attendre dehors jusque 18h. Aucune solution nous a ete proposé pour récupérer les 2h perdues. Malgré de nombreux appels de notre part. Le service client a ete tres désagréable et n'a rien fait pour nous aider ou trouver un compromis.

Location à éviter

État très limite au niveau de la propreté (sol collant sur le palier et dans l'appartement) Reste d'ancienne nourriture laissées par les anciens locataires : petits pains rassis et pleins de moisissure....donc pas de nettoyage entre les locataires. Pas de rideau occultant ni de volet dans les chambres , donc réveil à 6h. Araignées sur les murs, Encore dés scotchs de peinture de chantier sur les fenêtres. Fenêtres très sales. Cuvette des toilette très limite . Bref, location à éviter car le minimum est fait par les propriétaires. Bien sûr, pas de photos des chambre non terminées sur le site ! Très très déçu !
