Little Elm Was not Little

The property was exactly as advertised and offered plenty of space both inside and outside for our family dinners and cookouts. The provided linens and towels were perfect and having the washer/dryer on premises was a plus! We recommend the property highly!!

Perfect stay for family and friends!

We had an amazing time at this home! Everything was absolutely perfect — clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed. We were a group of family and friends, and the house was spacious enough for everyone to feel comfortable while still cozy enough to enjoy quality time together.The bedrooms were very comfortable, and everyone slept great — such an important part of any trip! The pool and hot tub were a huge highlight — we spent so much time relaxing and having fun there. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and the outdoor areas were perfect for hanging out.As parents of a 7-month-old baby, we were also really pleased to find a crib provided, which made our stay even more convenient and stress-free.The host was always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed, which made us feel really cared for and welcomed.Highly recommend this place! We’re already hoping to come back for another stay.

Beds were amazing!

The beds were amazingly comfortable, but the rest of the furniture not so much. The laminate on the dining table was peeling off, 3 of the 4 barstools were broken (owner stated that replacements had been ordered), we never had a hand towel in any of the bathrooms and there was only 1 for the kitchen. The owner was very responsive and took care of a couple of other items immediately. The neighborhood was not what I expected, but I never felt unsafe. The house was completely remodeled and was very cute, just personally felt that the furniture needed upgrading. Otherwise, we had an enjoyable stay.
