Phil was a very nice guy, he always tried to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable! Spacious living room area and bedroom area. Continental breakfast was good too, and was included in the room rate. only down sides were the wooden floor was very loud, whenever we walked it made very loud noise, and the water for the bathtub was a bit too slow. However, these aren’t any big problems and I will definitely recommend others to stay here without any doubt.

Excellent property in a quiet location

An old house that is very well presented. One private bedroom (with ensuite) and loungeroom. The continental breakfast was plentiful with an excellent choice of cereals and seasonal fruits. The hosts live on site and are ever-attentive. It is located a few minutes drive from the centre of Mudgee but is well off the main roads so is very quiet. Would certainly recommend this property.

Delightful Stay

A quaint B&B experience. Room was lovely and clean, stylishly decorated in an old-world style complete with claw foot bath. Kids slept on the sofa bed which was fine. Breakfast was fantastic. Hosts were delightful and nothing was a problem. Highly recommend.

Very neat and comfortable. Hosts were very welcoming and friendly and the breakfast was the best continental breakfast I've had. Highly recommended

Overnight stay in Mudgee

Very happy with our stay, very welcoming & comfortable country feel, just a minute by car from the main streets, very quiet, relaxing location. Continental breakfast was more than expected & just beautifully presented. Phil was a great host, we would be happy to stay again.

Located only minutes from the town center in a very quite street Mudgee B & B is the idle place for a relaxing night away from the hustle and bustle of motels located on busy roads. The hosts are both charming and accommodating with nothing a trouble. Had time permitted we would have stayed longer

A lovely B&B with great history and character

We prefer to stay in B&Bs because we enjoy the personal touches that are rare in motels. Phil and Sharon's delightful place certainly met all our expectations. It was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and we appreciated those little extras details such as serviettes in rings, toast served in toast racks like your grandmother used, jam spoons ... Phil has a wealth of knowledge about the local area and lots of interesting stories.

Lovely stay! You have a lounge and bedroom with ensuite to yourself. 1800's historic house. Friendly hosts, they live at the property in the back, joined by a breakfast room. 5mins drive into town, quiet street.
