「Excelent property, very calm and great to lay down on the beach 」

「The hotel is fantastic. Staff were great, my room was awesome, many things are only steps away, however, that’s one downside. There were a couple nightclubs very very close by that insisted on playing LOUD music until 4am on occasions. Overall I was very happy with the hotel, I would just be cautious which room you have and which direction it faces, and make sure to bring ear plugs. 」

「Amazing staff, very attentive if we needed anything. Beds were a little hard and pillows could use a refresh. Very close to the best beach in Playa Del Carmen so we appreciated that. Overall it's a wonderful small hotel that's a little out of the way to enjoy the 5th Avenue experience but if you don't mind a stroll its well worth staying at, and you can't beat the price.」

「I strongly do not recommend staying at this hotel. Here are the reasons for my disappointing experience: 1. Terrible Noise and Location The soundproofing is absolutely terrible. The hotel is located in a very noisy area, with several bars downstairs blasting deafening music until 2 AM every single night. It’s impossible to get a good night’s sleep. 2.
