This Spacious Multi-Level Town home offers 4 Bedrooms, 2.5 Bath, 3-large beach side balconies, and direct beachfront access.
Enter through car port at ground level and proceed upstairs to 1st level where you will find, the Living Room, fully equipped kitchen (includes a drip coffee maker), separate dining area, a half bath and large beachfront balcony. Hot/Cold, private outdoor shower located on the 1st floor. The Second & Third floors boasts 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom. 2nd Floor -Bedroom 1: offers a Queen Beds w/Oceanfront Balcony, Bedroom 2: has 2 Double beds. 3rd Floor- Bedroom 3: has a Queen Bed with Oceanfront Balcony Bedroom 4: has a Double bed. Central air, washer/dryer-located in closet at Entry door, reserved parking for 1 car included! Back deck with 48 x48 storage shed off Dining Room. This Oceanfront townhouse has plenty of room for your family of 10 and offers privacy, too. Enjoy the sand in your toes, and the waves crashing the shore line. This property also includes WIFI and multiple televisions. You won't want to leave your vacation from this beautiful, spacious home. DON'T WAIT-book today! Property rents Saturday-Saturday.
Guest supplies sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
Please note per condo rules, no smoking/vaping is permitted anywhere on Summer Place grounds or in units. No wood fueled fires on condo property and/or secondary dunes. No Pets. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

We had an amazing stay for our August beach trip! The house was in a fantastic location, it was large enough for our family, steps from the beach, and easy to walk to a lot of locations. We also found that the beach itself was not overly busy. This may just have been luck, but we loved it! The house wasn't as clean as I personally like it, but I know they were rushing to get the house ready by 3:00, as they were leaving as we arrived. We didn't call anyone about it though - just cleaned it the way we like. We also acknowledge that we are pickier about that than most, so I certainly would not let it keep you from staying here!The view is to die for. I would stay here again just for that view. We spent so much time out on the balconies and hope to do so again next year! We did have a broken screen door on the third floor bedroom when we checked in, but they came and fixed it. One mouse got in the entry (beach life things) and we called them to get more traps and they brought them right over. Overall we hope to stay here again. We will likely rent direct, but definitely want to stay at the same house next year. Highly recommend!

Check in process was horrendous! After traveling for hours to my destination, I had to stand in line in the heat in an outdoor garage to receive papers and a key to the storage shed. This took about 30 mins. The house was dirty, sand everywhere. Kitchen cabinets were filthy, e.g utensil containers were disgusting with dirt. Refrigerator was not cleaned thoroughly, bed mattress pads were worn and dirty. Comforters were worn. Living room furniture was old, tv in living room was too small to view. Bathroom toilet kept running all day and all night. Toilet seat was worn and scratched. Refrigerator took 2 days to cool and freeze, top door kept hitting the side wall. But the staff responded immediately and replaced the comforters and toilet seat thanks to Bill who was great! I would not use this company or stay at this house again.

Fall vacation

I would say that everything was pretty good except for the cleanliness of the place when you walk in where you park the car underneath was filthy. Washer and dryer area was filthy. bedspreads all had to be washed because they were all dirty. floors were not clean. Also, it would’ve been nice to have a big TV in the living room for those days when it was rainy the TV was very small in the living room.

Beautiful Location

So close to the beach, just walk off the porch and through the fenced dune! Great views from the balconies. The no paper products or linens seems outdated in today's rental environment. You'd think for this much per night, they could provide some TP and hand soap.
