This condo is a true gem on the coast of Ocean Shores. The Judith Ann Inn Ocean Shores resort has the look and feel of a turn-of-the-century Southern mansion. In your home, you will have all the tools you need to cook in the full kitchen. After your meal, enjoy a glass of wine in the home's jetted tub while taking in the ocean view.

WHAT’S NEARBY
The nearby sand dunes protect the local wildlife and make for a wonderful viewing experience. This home is perfectly located near the beach and local attractions. Within a short drive of the home, you'll find North Bay Park which has a basketball court and a waterfront for kayaking and fishing. You'll also find multiple dining and bar options for guests. Between May and September, the local Ocean Shores Farmers Market offers locally sourced food and goods.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Security camera details: There are a number of active surveillance cameras on-site. There are three cameras on the first level. One on the far left side of the building. One on the far right side of the building. And one in the middle facing the front of the building and the parking lot. There are also three more cameras upstairs. One on each side of the building and one in the middle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Once we got into the property, we found it to be clean and open. Amenities such as coffee, tea sugar etc were available. The biggest negative was the difficulty of checkin. The 10 digit lock code would not work on several attempts. After calling the vacasa number for help, they kept telling us to try again. After 15 minutes of trying, we finally got it to work. We were told by vacasa that the maintenance person would provide us with a key the following day. They never showed or contacted us. Unfortunately, on the 2nd day of our stay, the same code stopped working and we had to get a new code. I find the 10 digit code to be massively excessive.

Property is very clean and cozy. A 10 digit access code is a bit much, shorter would be more convenient. There is no beach access. The deck is lovely, however because of the gulls and their mess you cannot sit out and enjoy the beautiful view.

The location is beautifully close to the ocean and part of a small but active town in Ocean Shores. With Aberdeen just down the road, it was the perfect distance from a larger town with proximity to the water. The beach just northwest of the location was accessible by vehicle, and we were able to park on the firm sand there and watch the sunset over the ocean with gulls gathering in front of us. Beautiful. The condo was very clean, and even larger than the listing gave the impression of. Comfortable bed, welcoming living space with couch & TV, the hot tub was great and we loved hearing the waves and birds over our morning coffee. Modern bathroom, pleasantly hot and large shower ... it was a fabulous stay.

There were several things I loved about this property. I loved the jetted tub in the living room and the robes that were hanging on the wall next to it. I loved the bright lighting. The kitchen was well stocked with classy dishes. There were books, games, complementary shampoo, and conditioner. I would stay here again.

Overall a good but….

The property and location is great, the unit itself is great. The issue we had was the shower head was covered in black mold, the hose had mold over it as well as several breaks. Water also sprayed out at the connection at the wall. When trying to do laundry the washing machine had a ton of black mold in it and was unusable. I contacted the site manager as soon as these issues were noticed. They responded they would get someone to fix the issues and would be in touch. Except they never contacted or had anyone come fix the issues Even after I contacted them a second time. I contacted them at the end of the stay asking for a partial refund. They did nothing. Totally unacceptable

Beautiful condo which was also very comfortable. Full kitchen meant we could have breakfast and occasional simple dinner on some days. Local grocery store in Ocean Shores was a hidden gem. We stayed there to see this part of the Olympic Peninsula and up to Ruby Beach area. Sad to leave there.

Beautifully appointed condominium. Nice little extras. We enjoyed the Jacuzzi in our room. The bed was amazing. I slept well the first night which is unusual. My husband said he slept well too. It’s quiet but close to town. One thing as an FYI, certainly not too serious, I wanted to make a large salad, but there was no large salad bowl

Great view, clean well appointed unit. Bed was super comfy and I loved the soft throw blankets and robes. Only issue was it appeared only 1 outlet in the kitchen worked so had to juggle toaster and coffee maker around all morning.

Lovely, homey and relaxing

My first impression was that as soon as I walked in the door I felt at home and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay, and would recommend 10/10 for others to book The Charlotte. (The beach view in the morning is enough to want to spend days on end here)! All in all, it’s a charming, tidy, and relaxing respite that I will book again!

Lovely Condo with Fantastic Ocean Views!

This was a very lovely Condo with a fantastic, panoramic view of the ocean. We left the door open on the balcony when it wasn't raining and listened to the waves crashing on the surf and the frogs' singing songs until the wee hours of the morning. The bed was comfortable, the place was very well kept and clean. The living room furniture was enjoyable to relax upon. We enjoyed putting together the couple puzzles that are in the drawer. If we had more time, we would have broken out the games. Overall, I would give it a 9 out of 10 stars.

Great time at Judith Ann Inn

We greatly enjoyed our time our time at Judith Ann Inn. We booked a few months in advance, and the information and communication before our arrival were well done. Just before our arrival we received directions to and instructions for entering the unit along with guidance to get ourselves set up with WiFi, the instructions we clear, accurate, and worked perfectly. Upon entering the unit everything was neat, clean, and well laid out. Everything in the unit was clearly labeled which was very nice. The unit was nicely equipped with both a standard drip and K-cup coffee maker along with all the other standard kitchen items. The bathroom was well equipped with all the basic necessities along with plenty of lines. We do highly recommend the Judith Ann Inn.
